Originally developed by Gary Craig, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an emotional form of acupressure or acupuncture (without any needles), and works with the subtle energies of the body to bring your emotional state and physical health back into balance. It begins with the belief that “the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system.” With Emotional Freedom Technique (also known as tapping), you tap on a number of acupressure points around your head, face, torso, and hands while focusing on the physical or emotional issue you would like to clear. It’s a simple, yet incredibly effective form of energy therapy that anyone can learn and use. EFT often helps eliminate pain, trauma, disease, and emotional blockages where nothing else will. Alicia often uses EFT in conjunction with hypnotherapy, or on its own as a powerful way to help you clear all of your obstacles to personal power, freedom, and full self-expression.
